As a result of new changes, Windows store devs are also now Windows Phone store devs, and vice versa. Windows devs can register WP apps at no extra cost and likewise for WP devs making W apps. Registration for a single account is $19. Existing devs will get a code email this month that gives them a free one year renewal. Cheers Alvester for the tip! |

WPC have gotten their hands on some release info regarding the Lumia 2520 and 1520 in the US; with the expected date to be November 22nd, the same day the Xbox One goes on sale. A huge market release day does sound pretty exciting as the hustle for the next gen console can help build the hype of the products released along side it. We might even see some bundle deals? however it appears that the white and cyan versions of the tablet will not be coming to US shores, sorry folks. It also appears that the Lumia 2520 on Verizon will get a Black Friday discount (November 29th) of a $100 bringing it down to $399, so if you’re ok with waiting a week that’s probably the deal to get.
