BlackBerry L Series BB 10 OS Handset Gets Pictured Near the iPhone 5 Posted: 15 Nov 2012 01:29 PM PST The BlackBerry L Series handset has leaked a bunch of times till now, but now we get a clearer look at the device, shown next to an iPhone 5. Actually, having a look at the RIM device, it resembles the iPhone 5 back a bit. It has a bit of a futuristic air, with its lack of physical buttons… RIM is set to introduce BlackBerry 10 OS officially on January 30th 2013, setting off a new era in the smartphone world. Many seem to think that BB 10 OS will actually take over as third OS, following Android and iOS and surpassing Windows Phone really fast. BlackBerry London or L Series has been leaked a lot and while its design is appealing, it remains to be seen if the features will also appeal to us. The handset is rumored to pack a dual core CPU, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage and a 4.2 inch 768p display, making it the equal of higher end Windows Phone devices and also a mid to high end Android device equivalent. Honestly speaking, I would have guessed that the diagonal size would be bigger than 4.2 inches, but its shell may be the one fooling me. At its back the handset is said to have an 8 megapixel camera, that’s most likely able to do Full HD capture. Anyone else excited about BB 10 OS? Related posts: |
HTC 8X and Nokia Lumia 810 Available on T-Mobile Posted: 15 Nov 2012 12:28 PM PST Are you ready for the Windows Phone invasion? After seeing the HTC 8X and Nokia Lumia 920 debuting on some local US carriers like AT&T and Verizon, it’s T-Mobile’s turn to take part in the WP revolution. They’ve just launched the Nokia Lumia 810 and the flagship HTC 8X handset, also known as Windows Phone 8X by HTC. The carrier usually sells more midrange/low end Windows Phone units, like the Nokia Lumia 710 and HTC Radar 4G, so it’s unusual for them to sell such hot newcomers. Nokia Lumia 810 is sold for $149.99 with a $50 mail in rebate and a 2 year contract. If you don’t like commitments, you can get it off contract for $549.99. For this price you get a 4.3 inch display with 480 x 800 pixel resolution, 8 GB of storage, 1 GB of RAM, a microSD card slot, an 8 megapixel camera and a dual core Snapdragon CPU. The price is kind of strange, considering you can pay $99.99 for a Nokia Lumia 920 on AT&T contract and that’s clearly superior. HTC 8X is going for $199.99 on T-Mobile, also with a $50 mail in rebate and 2 year commitment. There’s also the price of $599.99 off contract. This model packs a 4.3 inch 720p screen, 16 GB of storage, 1 GB of RAM, HSPA+/LTE, an 8 megapixel camera and a dual core 1.5 GHz Krait CPU. Related posts: |
Pantech Magnus (Codenamed Batsu) Leaks, in AT&T Flavour Posted: 15 Nov 2012 11:46 AM PST The upcoming Pantech Magnus for AT&T, also known under the codename Batsu has just had its press shot leaked. Also going under the codename P9090, this phone hit the web in picture form courtesy of @evleaks. They’re the same reliable source that leaked a bunch of Windows Phone devices before they were announced. Pantech Magnus is said to run Android 4.0 ICS, using a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 dual core chipset. Specs should also include LTE, NFC and “other usual features” for mid to high end Android phones. WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, the usual sensors and cameras are also here. The launch date is unknown for now, but @evleaks intentionally blurred the calendar widget, so we can’t see the hints regarding the launch date. Speculations say we may actually see this model launched with Jelly Bean and it should also have 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. Previous benchmarks showed us that the Magnus has a 4.3 inch 720p HD screen and an 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video capture. Pantech seems quite a big partner for AT&T, since recently they launched the Pantech Flex model and now they’re preparing this for debut. Related posts: |

Nice! I really enjoyed reading your post. Thanks for sharing and Multi-sim handsets Business Mobiles, which have been very popular among Indian consumers, accounted for two-thirds of the total sales while 3G handset accounted for under 10% of total sales, according to the Cybermedia numbers.
